EDIT: The Fifa template is no longer available, and has been updated into a generic soccer template for clubs and fans of the sport.

This is my template to mark the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Germany 2006, which is only a couple of weeks away. I thought since many of my site visitors live in countries where soccer is such a big deal, and also since Australia (my home team) has qualified that this would be a fantastic way to blog about the World Cup.

I plan to update this template over the next few weeks to make it a generic soccer template, which probably means the country flags will disappear and be replaced by a navbar. On the other hand it could also contain club standards for the various leagues. Someone would need to send me icons for these if they wanted the template customised.

Anyway, here's to soccer's finest players, download and enjoy.

    Australia did not just qualified (as we know now), they even got into the best of 16! I'm from germany and naturally hope my team will win, but if they won't, I hope it's australia. ;-)

    Now I'm going to check out your S9Y themes.
