Introducing my first template coded specially forhte small business user of Serendipity, or any small business owner who wants a complete website without all the extra graphics that most blog templates seem to come with. Smallbiz01 features a clean layout, a choice of basic colors, and full integration with the static pages plugin for Serendipity.
The colors include olivegreen, blue, purple and the grey you see in the screenshot. Also, users of Serendipity 1.1 will be able to edit the left sidebar links and the footer text directly from within the admin suite. Users of Serendipity 0.91 and 1.0 will need to edit index.tpl. Download Smallbiz01
Rembrandt, another Serendipity user who has chosen to use smallbiz01 has suggested an improvement to this template and sent me his preview_iframe.tpl allowing users to preview their entries. I must apologise to all users who have missed this functionality. I made a couple of small changes to Rembrandt's file which now uses the grey style by default for previewing entries, but credit for the fix needs to be mentioned.

This problem usually means that an event plugin is somehow faulty, and might need to be reinstalled. the frontend_footer code simply provides a place where event plugins can put their html output. I suggest you check the event plugins to see if you have an error message. Feel free to comment again, if the template is somehow causing the problem then it will need to be fixed. Thanks.

This a great theme but is there any possibility to get it work with IE? Sadly many of my visitors are using IE...

It does work with IE, but I put in a message for IE users that they need to get a better browser. In your index.tpl, remove the IE specific warning message and everything will be normal again.
