Updated 1024px template for Serendipity

A couple of months ago I ported Andreas Viklund's 1024px template to serendipity. Unfortunately in my haste I screwed up the preview mode.

Fixing this has been a constant reminder in my calendar but other things have kept me from taking the time to do so. I really apologise to all users of the serendipity version of 1024px template for this omission.

Happily, the template has now been updated, and I also added a red color option adapted from femina amens, a user of the blogger version.
