Starting a home business does require some startup capital, but most importantly, the peace of mind that comes from knowing your finances are taken care of while you concentrate on getting your business off the ground. I couldn't imagine how worrying it must be working from home, perhaps not quite earning your full potential yet, and having loans, credit card repayments, and mortgages to deal with.
I've got family and friends in South Africa who are trying to emulate the success I'm having being a home entrepreneur. I like that term, I found it online somewhere and it describes me perfectly. Anyway, one of my friends had some large debts, a mortgage, some credits cards, etc, all perfectly serviceable, and not causing any problems, but still a weight on his mind.
He wasn't able to concentrate too much on developing his sites so I suggested he talk to his local bank manager about refinancing. Now I don't know the South African financial markets very well but I imagine they're not all that different from other developed countries so I was surprised when he told me this was too much hassle.
Too much hassle, for goodness sake, financial well-being is not a game, so I did some quick searching online for debt consolidation in South Africa and almost immediately found Rates Direct. I emailed him, suggesting he take a look at their website, well it couldn't have been easier. Within minutes he was completing their application form. Now I know I get a few readers from South Africa, so if you're interested, here's the link. Rates Direct
Debt Consolidation.
