Just joined Entrecard

I've been seeing this Entrecard thing all over the place and finally decided to give it a whirl, I'm user 10,101, Woohoo!. Other Entrecard users probably realise I'm new to the service since I don't have my own 125x125 ad yet, I'll get round to it, just not yet.

So, if you're also an Entrecard user feel free to make a drop, and I'm really keen to hear about your experiences using Entrecard from an SEO point of view. Have you noticed an increase in traffic or backlinks from using it?

Finally, yes I know this is a really short post, I'd like to thank Jillian for recommending Entrecard, feel free to visit her blog and make a drop as well. Ooh, I just had a thought. The first 5 people to comment on this post get a free mention in my next post.

    I joined in Feb 08, I am user 4920, and you in 10,000's so entrecard is exploding, huh? As for backlinks, hummm not many but definitely getting the views and a few comments here and there. Although I list contests and giveaways there is really no need for the looker to comment.

    Did you see that Entrecard has dramatically changed in the last 24 hours. If you don't know about it go to your Entrecard site and click on Blog to read about the changes being implemented.

    Welcome to Entrecard! The very fact that I'm here is due to your signing up and then putting a very obvious post to the same at the top of your page.

    As it turns out most all of my traffic comes from Entrecarders who are dropping cards. I get a little seo action and haven't done much backlinking to date. Looking forward to your contributions to the community!

    For me EntreCard has been a source of new readers and commentators. I've benefited greatly from it and am hoping against hope that all this hoopla over the new ad pricing scheme settles soon so I can get on with my life.

    Entrecard has being a good traffic source for me , but you can game the system to increase your popularity , welcome to EC by the way.

    Welcome aboard. However, there are a lot of strategies on how to maximize Entrecard. I have multiple post that can help you.

    By the way, there is a fake Entrecard roaming around and I must warn you before you'll be fooled.

    I strongly suggest that you read my latest post and spread the word.

    I started Entrecard sometime in January - read so much on the forums about it.. yes 10,000 is explosion.

    I have gotten some great traffic from that advertising and the network. Made alot of contacts. And have gained some dedicated readers!
