LOL, sand you can mold, perfect for the kid in me

The other half and I were talking about Christmas presents with some friends a few days ago. They have kids and told us they're getting moon sand for their youngest. We don't have kids but we like getting really cool presents for our nieces and nephews.

"Moon Sand", um, what are you talking about said I. What is moon sand? I had already started visualising kids in space suits bouncing around the house. Ok, I got it wrong, this is a type of dough, or rather sand, that kids can use for making shapes, castles, all sorts of things. Read More

My letter to Santa Claus

Dear Santa,

I know I'm thirty-five, but I still believe in you. Mum always told me if I was good you'd bring me lots of presents, well I've tried this year.

Its not always easy, I mean it can be hard to look the other way when a cute babe with big boobs walks by, but I tried, once, I think. Read More

Howto Write Christmas Cards

I love Christmas, I love getting lots of cool presents, I really love the big Christmas dinner. I hate writing christmas cards. Check out the example messages at the bottom of this entry, including some rude ones

Some people (the other half included) think you should send a Christmas card to every single person you know. They also think the message needs to be really clever and individual, something to inspire them and make them think happy thoughts about the sender. Read More

Christmas template for Serendipity

Christmas 2006 template for Serendipity
Christmas 2006
As Christmas approaches I know that many of our regular site visitors will be interested in a new template with a Christmas greeting, and we hope this particular design will appeal to you. Its our first Christmas template, and hopefully not our last. The header image is fairly clean and simple, and features a single tree on a small hill covered in snow, whispy clouds and snowflakes falling.

The 'Merry Christmas' message in the header image can be swapped for a German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Maltese message by simply selecting the option in the template config screen if you are using v1.1 of Serendipity. Other users will need to edit index.tpl in the template folder. Download Christmas 2006 from our templates page
